Toshiba TCKE9 4A eFuse ICs are single-input, single-output (SISO) ICs with 23V high input voltage and 34mΩ switch on-resistance. These ICs include protection features like adjustable overcurrent limit, short-circuit protection, overvoltage clamp, adjustable slew rate control, and adjustable undervoltage protection. Toshiba TCKE9 eFuse ICs are suitable for protecting the power supply circuit of the USB VBUS line, storage power supply circuits, and battery charging applications.
