Nexperia Single Supply Logic Gates with Voltage Translation

Nexperia Single Supply Logic Gates with Voltage Translation support a wide 1.6V to 5.5V supply voltage range. These low-threshold input and overvoltage-tolerant solutions allow for up or down translation. At VCC = 3.3V, the 74LV1T devices can be used in 1.8V to 3.3V level-up translation. Output levels are referenced to the supply voltages and support 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V CMOS levels. The wide supply voltage range ensures normal operation as the battery voltage drops from 3.6V to 2.3V. Nexperia Single Supply Logic Gates with Voltage Translation are fully specified for partial powerdown applications using IOFF. Typical applications include portable devices, servers, automotive, industrial controllers, telecom, and more.
