Mini-Circuits TAV1-541+ Low Noise Amplifier

Mini-Circuits TAV1-541+ Low Noise Amplifier is a high IP3 transistor device manufactured using E-PHEMPT (Enhancement Pseudomorphic High-Electron-Mobility Transistor) technology, enabling it to work with a single positive supply voltage. The TAV1-541+ features a wide 0.045GHz to 6.0GHz frequency range and an exceptionally low noise figure, particularly below 2.5GHz. This Mini-Circuits device is offered in a tiny 1.18mm x 1.42mm MCLP package, which saves space in dense layouts while providing low inductance, repeatable transitions, and excellent thermal contact to the PCB.
