Infineon Technologies IM323-M6G CIPOS™ Tiny Inverter Modules allow the integration of various power and control components to increase reliability and optimize PCB size and system costs. The IM323-M6G modules control three-phase AC and permanent magnet motors in variable-speed drives for applications like air conditioning and refrigerators. The package design is adapted for power applications requiring good thermal conduction, electrical isolation, EMI-save control, and overload protection. Combined with an optimized SOI gate driver, the reverse-conducting IGBTs provide excellent electrical performance.Features
