NEDA Authorized WJ Communications Distributor

WJ Communications

WJ Communications, Inc., a TriQuint Semiconductor company, is a supplier of highly reliable RF amplifiers, mixers, frequency converters, and RF solutions. TriQuint supplies high-performance modules and components to some of the world’s leading communications companies. TriQuint-WJ products are ideal for wireless communications, RFID, broadband cable, defense, and homeland security applications.

WJ Communications WJZ Diode Mixers

WJ Communications' WJZ broadband diode mixers provide high dynamic range performance in a lead free surface mount package. The mixers are nominally driven with a LO input power of +13dBm for optimized performance. The product is ideal for frequency up/down conversion and modulation and demodulation for receivers and transmitters used in 2.5G and 3G GSM/CDMA/W-CDMA systems.

WJ Communications WJA1021 Gain Block

WJ Communications' WJA1021 cascadable gain block offers high linearity in a low-cost, surface-mount package. At 1.9GHz, the device typically provides 17.5dB gain, +37.5dBm OIP3, and +1.9dBm P1dB. The WJA1021 is housed in a lead-free, industry-standard SOT-89 SMT package using a NiPdAu plating to eliminate the possibility of tin whiskering. The gain block consists of a Darlington pair amplifier using high-reliability InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology. The MMIC amplifier is internally matched to 50 ohms and operates with only DC-blocking capacitors and a bias inductor.

WJ Communications WJA Gain Block Amplifiers

This InGaP HBT general-purpose amplifier family from WJ Communications offer superior dynamic range in low-cost, surface mount packages. These devices are designed to provide broadband gain at frequencies from DC to 6GHz. Targeted at telecommunications infrastructure and CATV markets, they can be directly applied to various current and next generation system applications wherever low-cost gain blocks are needed. Configured internally as Darlington pairs, these amplifiers are available in a variety of gain, power, and package combinations.
