Sensirion SHT3x Temperature & Humidity Sensors

Sensirion SHT3x Temperature and Humidity Sensors feature increased intelligence, reliability, and improved accuracy. Device functionality includes enhanced signal processing allowing temperature and humidity to be read out at different pins. The DFN package has a footprint of 2.5mm x 2.5mm with a height of 0.9mm. A wide supply voltage range of 2.15V to 5.5V guarantees compatibility with diverse assembly situations.

Sensirion offers versions with a membrane or a protective cover featuring an expanded application range. The membrane is a PTFE foil that protects the sensor opening from water and dust, according to IP67. Sensors with the membrane can be used in harsh environmental conditions where water and dust may affect the sensor's accuracy and performance. The protective cover option protects the sensors against pollution during assembly and enables brush-over or spray-over conformal coating. Users can remove the protective cover with tweezers at the end-of-line.
