Blackhawk USB100 Controller for TI DSPs
The Blackhawk USB100 controller for Texas Instruments DSPs provides additional features and performance not found in other XDS100 emulators. The Blackhawk USB100 controller provides faster code downloads and code stepping by using a high-speed USB2.0 port instead of slower USB1.x (12 Mb/s) implementations. The USB100 is supported by TI TMS320C28x 32-bit controllers, TMS320C54x power-efficient DSPs, TMS320C55x fixed-point DSPs, and TMS320C674x high performance DSPs. This Blackhawk controller requires no external power source and can support most of the basic features of higher priced emulators without requiring additional drivers when installed using CCS V3.3 SR12 and CCS V3.3 for C2000 DSK Version (version 3.3.81.28 or newer). The device includes 1.8/3.3 volt device I/O support and features standard 2x7 and cTI JTAG header.
Blackhawk USB2000 Controller for TI DSPs
The Blackhawk USB2000 Controller is designed for the unique requirements of developing applications using Texas Instruments C2000 DSPs. The Blackhawk USB2000 is a small and lightweight third-generation controller that is powered directly from a PC's USB port and requires no external power source This Blackhawk device features a Plug 'n' Play USB Host Interface, 3.3/5.0 V device I/O support, and a bi-color status LED (red/green). The USB2000 Controller also offers Code Composer Studio v3.3 support, a Blackhawk FlashBurn utility add-on, and optional isolation adapter.
